What We're Looking For
As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the center of our user acquisition and funnel optimization strategy. You'll craft experiences and content that educates and converts, testing relentlessly across channels, and ensuring we deliver measurable impact and high quality top of funnel growth. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and digital teams to create data-driven strategies for our self-serve motion, while also generating qualified leads, accelerating the buyer journey, and ultimately supporting revenue growth. Success in this role requires a mix of strategic thinking, high-quality content development, campaign execution, performance analysis, and a deep understanding of how to create and capture demand in competitive markets.
This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to leadership and product.
What You'll Do
- Own the PLG and PLS Growth Funnels: Lead strategy and execution for acquiring, activating, and retaining users-across self-serve (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS) motions.
- Develop and own a content marketing strategy: Lead strategy and execution for content as a growth lever for self-serve and sales leads.
- Optimize and Launch Demand Gen Marketing Initiatives: Drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through full-funnel marketing programs (e.g., Content, SEO, PPC and lead gen).
- Dig into the data and the unknowns of SEO and GEO: Study, analyze, document and push SEO and GEO efforts to help us rank and grow via search engines and LLMs. Work closely with design and web teams to prioritize and monitor these efforts.
- Optimize User Onboarding:
Collaborate with product and design to reduce friction, improve time-to-value, and increase free-to-paid conversion. - Report and Iterate:
Own dashboards, campaign performance metrics, and attribution models. Share actionable insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. - Contribute to end-to-end optimization:
Work closely with lifecycle and email marketing lead, ensuring experiences are holistic and top of funnel efforts manifest into positive downstream impacts - Test, learn and optimize:
Hypothesize, experiment, and scale what works-testing creative, copy, landing pages, CTAs, and more.
- 6+ years in growth marketing roles at a high-growth tech or AI/ads company
- Hands-on experience with B2B and/or product-led growth (PLG) motion
- Exceptional writing, campaign and content strategy, and project management skills
- Expert-level knowledge of growth marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience launching or marketing AI, SaaS, or advertising technology products
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, CAC/LTV, and growth funnels
- A testing mindset with an ability to scale what works and pivot fast when needed
- Experience with generative AI tools or marketing LLMs
- Previous work in ad tech, martech, or media platforms
- Familiarity with SQL or Looker for self-serve data insights
- Building growth loops or referral systems in a PLG environment
