In partnership with the VP, Global Brand, this role is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate OUTRIGGER as the world's premier beach resort company. As the champion of brand strategy, the Director, Brand & Social Media Marketing will drive consistency and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's essence. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills in social media strategy that will enhance brand perception, expand awareness, and attract new guests-all with the ultimate goal of increasing bookings. The Director, Brand & Social Media Marketing will oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality brand assets, from captivating photography and video to impactful presentations and collateral. Additionally, the Director, Brand & Social Media Marketing will collaborate closely with property teams to enrich the on-property guest experience, seamlessly integrating branding into in-room materials, amenities, signage, and immersive programming that brings each location's unique sense of place to life.

Minimum Requirements
Must have minimum of 7-10 years of experience in related field.
