Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, tax rate calculations, and forecasts, while delivering actionable insights to leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial reporting strategies and models. Lead financial statement audits, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with GAAP. Oversee financial reporting processes and maintain internal controls. Support external audits, tax preparation, and year-end financial activities.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced analytical skills. Experience using Workday. Self-starter with a proactive approach to driving change. Preferred: Background in Big 4 or large regional audit firms. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls. Advanced experience with Workday.
