About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Creative Technology and Infrastructure within its Creative and Media Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and management of the studio and post-production infrastructure environments, ensuring they meet the team's creative and technical needs. This role demands a tech-savvy individual with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of media production technology, and a passion for enhancing efficiency and pushing creative boundaries. The Vice President will work closely with the Head of Creative & Media Services to maintain and optimize local storage solutions, digital asset management, and content archival workflows. They will also manage vendor relationships, evaluate and refine the team's systems and processes, and stay abreast of industry trends to keep the team at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions. Applicants must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6-10 years' experience in video production or a related area. Proficiency in various post-production technologies and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, and Final Cut Pro, is essential. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients. Critical competencies include problem-solving, vendor management, and a results-oriented, strategic approach to their work.
