This position is located in our Memphis, TN headquarters and has a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assisance is provided.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and creative professionals in the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to email and digital marketing assetsFoster a collaborative and innovative work environmentProvide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team membersDevelop and execute the overall creative strategy for email marketing campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align email creative with broader marketing objectivesStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative strategiesOversee the end-to-end graphic design process, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning and on-brand assetsDirect the creation of graphics, images, and other visual elements for email campaignsEnsure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all email communicationsManage the workflow of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverablesImplement efficient processes to streamline creative development workflowsConduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standardsImplement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality and impact of email creativesUtilize data insights to optimize future creative strategies and improve campaign effectivenessRequirements For Success:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience5-7 years of marketing and/or digital communication experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industryProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryPortfolio showcasing a range of design projects is requiredIn-depth understanding of A/B testing methodologies and their application to optimize email campaign performanceExperience in Figma preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively in a multicultural environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits at AutoZone
