Founder & CEO @ Peek | Reinventing the way people find home
About the Role
Peek is on a mission to make the process of renting a home as easy as buying a pair of shoes online. We’re turning the old-fashioned “shop in store” experience of having to physically visit properties in person into a digital-first experience that’s faster, easier and lower cost for both renters and property owners alike. Along the way we’ve gathered millions of data points about what renters want and where they want to live – data that will help drive better housing for all. This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining company at the intersection of real estate, big data, computer vision, B2B SaaS and consumer-facing platforms.
For much of the company’s history, we’ve put the vast majority of resources into product – and we’ve built a category leading solution. Now it’s time for the entire industry to know what we’re up to. Peek is looking for the next addition to our growing GTM team—someone passionate, driven and sharp who will define, build, and execute the content marketing engine that will drive this next phase of growth. You will have broad ownership and will influence many key GTM decisions, including funnel strategy, channel selection, messaging, positioning, campaign design, and budget. You’ll develop repeatable processes, test new ideas, work cross-functionally with a dedicated team and help shape Peek’s brand in the marketplace.
This role will give you high levels of autonomy, the ability (and expectation) to work cross functionally across product, sales, and customer experience, and the chance to build the content marketing function for a category defining product. We operate in a freedom / responsibility culture and look for self-motivated individuals who can seize upon a goal and run with it. This role is remote and open to anyone with a valid US work authorization, but we have a strong preference for candidates who can work out of our Brooklyn, NY office at least 2x a week as your closest collaborators (Product Marketing, Product, CEO) are mostly based out of Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content-driven demand generation strategy to drive new leads, MQLs, and pipeline growth.
- Design and iterate on multi-channel content campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, events, etc.) to attract and engage our ICP.
- Work closely with the executive team and sales to refine ICP definitions, messaging, and positioning, ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes to measure campaign success, track ROI, and inform future investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaigns that demonstrate the product’s value and set the tone for our marketing innovation.
- Develop a content calendar and partner with product and customer success teams to produce compelling case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.
- Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate. Identify what’s working and optimize, and know when to pivot strategies that aren’t delivering.
- Bring creative energy and a test-and-learn mindset to an emerging category, helping Peek stand out in a noisy market landscape.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related marketing functions, preferably at a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of building pipeline through data-driven campaigns and programs that meet or exceed targets.
- Experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (including digital, content, and events) and measuring their impact.
- Familiarity with marketing/demand-gen automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong storytelling ability with an eye for compelling content and how it influences the buyer journey.
- Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions quickly, and flexing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience marketing to or working with enterprise B2B audiences; bonus points if you’ve marketed software to real estate, property owners or managers.
- Valid US work authorization – Strong preference for those based in the NYC and able to work from our Williamsburg office 2+ days a week.
What you will get
- An opportunity to join as the second full-time marketing hire and shape the marketing organization of a fast-growing software startup.
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
- Employee equity package.
- A collaborative, high-performing team with a supportive culture.
- Opportunities for growth, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
