About the Role
We're looking for an
innovative and results-driven performance marketing leader
to join our Growth team as the
Director of Digital Paid Media . This key leadership role will focus on driving sustainable omni-channel sales growth, with a particular emphasis on direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer acquisition. As a strategic visionary, you'll utilize your expertise in digital acquisition channels, creative optimization, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable, scalable business results.
You will spearhead performance marketing initiatives across platforms like
Search ,
Social , and
Programmatic , taking end-to-end ownership of account structures, bid/buying strategies, creative testing, and landing page optimization. Success in this role requires a proven ability to manage
significant budgets , own a
high performing ad-creative process , and leverage advanced analytics tools such as
MMA/MTA reporting
and
incrementality testing
to optimize for growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Strategize and Execute:
Develop and implement a forward-thinking paid media strategy that ensures efficient budget allocation, aligns with business objectives, and delivers on growth targets. Lead Creative Excellence:
Oversee a robust creative testing framework in partnership with Brand and Creative teams, ensuring campaign assets are innovative, impactful, while remaining aligned with the broader brand narrative. Optimize Through Data:
Collaborate with Analytics to enhance tracking, measurement, and reporting systems. Regularly analyze performance metrics, surface actionable insights, and present compelling updates to senior leadership. Foster a High-Performing Team:
Mentor channel analysts and manage relationships with external agencies to drive accountability, alignment, and outstanding performance outcomes. Champion Innovation:
Promote a culture of testing and experimentation by leveraging a hypothesis-driven approach to uncover optimization opportunities that elevate acquisition efficiency and user experience. Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Act as the go-to expert on evolving consumer behavior, competitor activity, and cutting-edge tools in media buying, personalization, and marketing attribution. Qualifications Experience:
6+ years of hands-on DTC paid marketing experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a high-growth consumer brand. A strong background in
Paid Search ,
Paid Social , and
Programmatic
media buying is essential. Creative Vision:
Demonstrated success managing a fast-paced, high-quality ad creative process that balances data insights with emerging trends. Analytical Expertise:

The minimum annual salary for this position is $170,000 and the maximum is $190,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance based annual cash bonus and to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
