With your proactive leadership and extensive industry knowledge, you will harness competitor insights and a strong network of contacts to drive the discovery of new opportunities. - Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across various digital marketing channels, including SEM, Paid Social, and Display Advertising to drive strategic growth.
- Inspire and guide teams with a clear vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals while managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, forecast opportunities, and develop innovative marketing initiatives and product solutions.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and empower a high-performing team through mentorship and regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and promote a culture of compliance.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, provide timely financial analysis, and leverage local market insights to optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
You have...
- At least 5 years of industry knowledge, specifically in SEM and digital marketing.
- Proven experience leading a team for 3 years, inspiring and guiding them toward achieving ambitious goals.
- 2 years of hands-on experience running and managing digital marketing activities in the North American market.
- A strong ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships within the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company at industry events.
- A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.
