Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals Develop/execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase profits Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners Prepare and present sales reports/forecasts to senior management
