The starting salary range for the position is $65,000 to $72,000.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Presentation Design:
Collaborate with various teams to understand project goals and develop impactful presentations that effectively convey key messages, using data visualization, illustrations, animations, and compelling layouts.Marketing Materials:
Design eye-catching brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral that promote our products/services and reinforce brand identity.Document Design:
Create and format visually appealing reports, proposals, newsletters, and other internal/external documents, ensuring readability and clarity.Branding & Identity:
Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.Template Creation:
Develop reusable templates for presentations, marketing materials, and other documents to streamline the design process and maintain brand consistency.Image Editing & Illustration:
Edit images, create illustrations, and source graphics to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of all designs.Communication & Collaboration:
Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, provide design updates, and incorporate feedback. Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions. Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating expertise in presentation design, marketing materials, and document layout.Expert in Design Software:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.Strong Portfolio:
Showcase a portfolio highlighting exceptional design skills across various formats, including presentations, marketing collateral, and documents.Creative Vision:
A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, typography, and color theory.Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality and error-free designs.Excellent Communication:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts and gather feedback.Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
