What you’ll be doing
Lead, organize, and orchestrate all phases of the creative production processDefine project approach, scope, timelines, and resource estimates, working with multiple partners and stakeholders to prioritize creative resources for small, medium, and large projects that align with company initiativesAssist the Creative Director with the day-to-day operational needs of the creative teamDefine and improve a variety of project lifecycle processes, delivery practices, and techniques that help drive organizational growth and long-term business objectivesDevelop and maintain project plans, including documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, timelines, schedules, and internal and external resourcesFollow the development of projects and make sure both the creative team and marketing team are adhering to the agreed timelinesIdentify dependencies and the cascading impacts of delaysPrepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, including project plan, status report, and resource requests/assignmentsSchedule meetings, define the agenda, and provide actionable recaps to cross-functional teamsInterface with the Marketing Operations Director and partners, helping guide, prepare, and organize projects before Creative Team team kick-offProvide regular status reports and progress updates to the project team and internal stakeholdersAct as Meeting Lead: take ownership of key meetings and become the “go to” or point person for the holistic department project workload making sure all teams are focused, connected, and clear on expectations and deliverables, including taking notes during reviews and sending meeting notes & emails detailing next steps. Meetings include, but are not limited to Project Kickoffs, Creative Reviews, and Creative Team Weekly Status.Research and vet outside creative partners, production agencies, freelancers, and vendors, and allocate resources (internal and external) as needed in conjunction with the creative teamYou’ll bring the following required skills and experiences
5-7 years of experience in creative project management/production in an agency or in-house creative team (fintech experience great, but not necessary)Experience using project management software (ex Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Asana, Airtable, Flow, etc) as well as G Suite. Bonus if you can navigate in FigmaFull understanding of various channel tactics including lifecycle, organic growth, social, digital, and other advertising mediums, with a love for great creative workExcellent presentation skills with an ability to present a clear point of view and drive alignment and clarity for cross-functional teamsAbility to create strong and effective internal partnerships across cross-functional teams, and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
