If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.As a Director of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive meaningful relationships with our B2C prospects and customers. The incumbent will be both creative and well-versed in a wide variety of marketing areas, including content, community, and lifecycle marketing.The Director of Marketing Operations will lead the implementation and execution of specific marketing plans, including:Building and implementing marketing programs and evaluating the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.Streamlining marketing processes, including product marketing, strategy development, community building, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.Owning the brand voice, tone, editorial style, and content guidelines across all marketing operations.Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels and regions.Ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.Overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for marketing initiatives.Leading cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and other departments.Establishing and monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs) to track and improve marketing effectiveness.Implementing marketing technology solutions and tools to enhance campaign performance and analytics.Providing leadership and mentorship to the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree is required; a master’s degree in marketing or an MBA is preferred.10+ years of marketing experience at a successful consumer education technology brand.Advanced writing and editing skills, and a high bar for quality.Expertise in building engaging online communities and creating content marketing based on data and research.Experience setting and measuring performance against content and channel metrics.Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, funnel analytics, community management, etc.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Excellent aptitude for detail and accuracy and analytical skills.ETS believes in a Total Rewards philosophy for our employees, which includes:Health, Vision, Dental insurance plans to choose from.Generous continuous learning support, including tuition reimbursement and online learning access.Generous PTO and vacation time to balance your work and life.Retirement plan (401(a)) and traditional Roth (403b) with company contribution.Commuter Benefits, Pet Insurance, and a subscription to the Calm App.ETS is mission-driven and action-oriented.Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are at the forefront of ETS's daily work.
