Commerce Title is looking for someone with a creative flare who also has a knack for technology and being organized!
The Marketing Coordinator supports traditional marketing and business development initiatives as well as corporate management. Support is in the form of graphic design, social media, video, vendor relations, and data reporting. This position is unique within the organization. While other team members are working in the same fashion with the same customers regarding the same work, the marketing coordinator is working on entirely different functions at any given time. This is a professional services firm. Our expertise and professionalism needs to be portrayed, but we also need to show a more lighthearted and creative side. It is a fine line, and this is a real challenge for those looking for a little something extra!
Essential Functions
Create graphic content for internal and external use including but not limited to flyers, graphics, and print media
Independently create engaging and appropriate social media content across multiple platforms and maintain and analyze related data to maximize engagement
Produce and edit videos that are engaging, professional, and suitable for social media and email blasts
Maintain relationships with outside vendors to conduct media buys, press releases, and web managers
Managing and producing various existing databases and reports related to marketing and business development on regular schedules
Performs other duties as assigned
Competencies
Familiarity with Facebook/Meta and its analytics, Google Analytics, and other social media platforms
Graphic Design Software—PhotoShop, Canva, Video Editing Software
Highly organized
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer-service oriented
General computer competency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize in an environment with shifting timeframes
Supervisory Responsibility None
Work Environment This job is located in a professional office environment with occasional work at local venues as needed.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, printer, scanner/copier, and phone.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent number of years of relevant experience
