Job Brief: The Content Distribution Specialist is responsible for ensuring that TTF’s social content reaches the right audience, at the right time, and with the right message. This role plays a vital part in strengthening TTF’s digital presence by strategically scheduling and distributing content across social media channels, engaging with our community, and analyzing content performance to optimize engagement. This individual will work closely with internal teams and content creators to execute a best-in-class content distribution strategy that amplifies TTF’s mission.
Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling & Coordination (40%)
- Strategically schedule and publish content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
- Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with TTF’s messaging, campaigns, and organizational goals.
- Coordinate with content creators and ministry partners to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Ensure all scheduled content aligns with TTF’s brand standards and social media best practices.
Community Engagement (30%)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster meaningful engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships with followers and key audiences.
- Maintain TTF’s brand voice across all interactions and escalate potential PR risks when necessary.
Content Performance Analysis (15%)
- Track key engagement metrics (reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) to evaluate content performance.
- Utilize social media insights and UTM tracking to assess audience behavior and optimize distribution strategies.
- Regularly report findings and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.
Collaboration & Internal Communication (15%)
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to align messaging and execution.
- Provide insights on best-performing content and collaborate on strategies to enhance social impact.
- Ensure feedback loops are established for continuous improvement in content distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or something similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content distribution.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience using Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and responses.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust distribution strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Trend-aware, staying up to date with emerging social media trends and platform changes.
