Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced React Front-End Developer with a strong background in React, TypeScript, Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK), UI/UX best practices, and micro front-end architecture. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions, while continuously improving our development practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Front-End Engineering: Build, test, and support responsive web applications utilizing React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- State Management: Develop and maintain efficient state management using Redux and RTK to optimize data handling and application performance.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to convert mockups into functional code, following industry standards.
- Micro Front-End Implementation: Architect and develop micro front-end solutions for modularity and independent feature development.
- Performance Tuning: Enhance front-end performance by monitoring and improving load times, rendering speed, and user experience.
- Code Standards: Produce clean, well-structured, documented code; participate in code reviews.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive system integration.
- Testing: Design and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for reliability.
- Continuous Development: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends; recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in front-end development focusing on React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and RTK.
- Experience with micro front-end architectures.
- Strong UI/UX understanding.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API integration.
- Knowledge of version control (Git), Node.js, npm/yarn.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in agile teams and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ag-Grid.
- Knowledge of testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, Cypress.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
- Experience with SSR and SSG.
