smartdept. is searching for a Social Media Coordinator for a healthcare client located in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of experience. This is a full-time, remote contract opportunity, with a pay rate of $16-$17/hr, depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Researching and compiling social trends, ideas and fresh idea executions to inform and propose new content
- Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
- Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Collaborating with teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Define and create branded style templates for new and existing social content.
- “Think outside the box” ideas, steering trend curation and content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
- Background in the Healthcare industry
- SEO knowledge
What You’ll Need:
- Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree in related field
- SEO knowledge
- 2+ years of experience
- A portfolio with SEO and Healthcare examples
- Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing
- background in Healthcare is a must
