Job Summary
SST is seeking a Marketing Specialist in the Dallas area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is vital in supporting and enhancing our marketing efforts, with responsibilities spanning CRM management, social media, content strategy, analytics, website management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in WordPress, SEO, and proposal creation, bringing strong organizational and creative skills to the role.

Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM platform to manage client and prospect engagement effectively.
- Segment audiences, ensure data accuracy, and analyze performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, targeting relevant keywords to increase online visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
- Draft, format, and finalize proposal documents in line with company branding and messaging standards.
- Maintain a library of proposal templates and ensure timely submission of all proposals.
- Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales tools, to support marketing and business development efforts.
- Manage the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and regular performance audits, to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using CRM tools, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including website traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of tradeshows and conferences, including booth design, material preparation, and logistics.
Requirements & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in WordPress and SEO.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media best practices.
- Experience in proposal creation and the ability to tailor proposals to client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and conferences.
EDUCATION AND LICENSES
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
