Key Responsibilities: · Act as the bridge between art direction and technology, ensuring creative visions are executed seamlessly. · Lead R&D efforts to evaluate, customize, and integrate tools like ComfyUI, Blender, and other generative AI platforms into production workflows. · Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and propose technology-driven solutions. · Develop scalable pipelines and workflows for creative projects, including CGI and VFX campaigns. · Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, ensuring the team’s technological capabilities remain cutting-edge. · Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, experimental culture within the team. · Manage the creative technology stack, including evaluating and negotiating enterprise licenses. Qualifications: Experience & Background: · 5+ years in creative technology, VFX, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering innovative projects. · Background in art/design with technical expertise, or technical background with a strong sense of art/design. · Experience working with brands, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative projects. Technical Skills & Tools: Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following tools and technologies: · Generative AI Tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, KlingAI · Workflow Interfaces: ComfyUI, Automatic1111 · Programming: Python (basic to intermediate) · Design & 3D Tools: Blender, Maya, C4D, Houdini, Photoshop, After Effects · CGI & VFX Experience: Familiarity with production pipelines for short-form and advertising content. · Large Language Models (LLMs): ChatGPT, Llama, Gemini · Other Tools: Adobe Firefly, Krita, ElevenLabs Soft Skills: · Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation. · Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear ideas. · Type A personality, eager to take on challenges and push boundaries in a dynamic environment. · Strong R&D skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
