Director of Digital Data Strategy & Marketing Automation . In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic application of digital data and marketing automation to deliver impactful results at a faster scale. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital future, ensuring seamless execution of omnichannel strategies, and optimizing data-driven marketing efforts. This role will have one direct report. This role will be based out of ViiV's US Headquarters in Durham, NC (RTP Area) & is eligible for a domestic relocation package. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Account Strategy Pull-through : Lead the strategic application of the account framework across all digital marketing channels and platforms for Healthcare Professionals, developing a comprehensive roadmap and ensuring integration and alignment with stakeholders. Accelerate Data Delivery : Enhance data and analytics speed, partnering with cross functional partners and vendors to ensure timely data delivery. Optimize Data Automation : Partner with cross-functional team members to establish data governance frameworks for automated digital target lists, ensuring efficient processing and consistent micro-segmented healthcare provider (HCP) campaigns. Align Marketing Technology (MarTech) Processes : Ensure MarTech automation aligns with standard operating procedures and best practices, overseeing campaign execution and process improvements. Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Roadmap : Create a detailed 3-year roadmap for SFMC, enabling real-time personalized user journeys and prioritizing feature enhancements. Enhance Measurement : Improve campaign and content analysis by developing measurement frameworks, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting regular performance reviews to lead to data-driven optimization recommendations. Address Data Gaps : Identify and bridge data gaps to prepare for future artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, partnering with cross-functional team members to conduct data audits and ensuring data integrity. Drive Analytics Improvement : Manage the analytics platform (ie. Adobe Analytics or Claravine) in partnership with cross-functional team members. Continuously improve and automate personalization efforts by leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree & 7+ years within healthcare sector in Marketing OR Digital Marketing OR Data Analytics OR Market Research Omnichannel strategy and execution. 10% plus travel Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Claravine), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and data governance. Project Management : Proven ability to manage complex projects, including roadmap development, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement measurement frameworks and make data-driven decisions. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities in a highly matrixed organization, including team collaboration, training, and process improvement initiatives.
