As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Meta Ads Coordinator to support our team in managing ad campaigns across Meta platforms and contribute to our clients' success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the creation and management of Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring alignment with client goals and marketing strategies.
- Ad Account Support: Help with the day-to-day operations of ad accounts, including setting up campaigns, tracking performance, and managing budgets.
- Work with the design team to gather creative assets, submit design requests, and ensure that all ads are properly launched with the right visuals and copy.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily performance check-ins on active campaigns, monitoring key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Campaign Optimizations: Assist in analyzing campaign data and provide insights to optimize ad performance for better results.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improving targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for clients, including summaries of key metrics and campaign highlights.
- Client Communication Support: Help communicate with clients regarding campaign updates, performance insights, and any changes or adjustments to be made.
- UGC Script Development & Requests: Develop User-Generated Content (UGC) scripts, submit requests via Billo, and place orders for UGC materials to support ad campaigns.
- Client Onboarding Assistance: Assist with client onboarding by gathering relevant information and supporting the account management team during the setup process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Meta Ads Manager and other team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and in line with overall marketing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on campaign performance and contributing to brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and insights to the team and clients.
