The Senior Manager will manage relationships with Farmer Partners, ensuring compliance with animal welfare, economic, quality, and Danone Impact Journey standards, fostering collaboration, and leading projects aligned with our B-Corp commitments. They will also lead transversal projects to support our milk mission of transforming the dairy industry. Responsibilities Manage communication channels between Danone North America and producers Collect best practices and communicate them across the network Define program goals, structure, and expectations for farmers Represent Danone at local and regional events Support farms through regular visits Manage relationships with co-ops, producers, and Danone Analyze data to optimize dairy operations Farm Relationship Management Act as a company ambassador in the field Serve as primary contact for producers and ensure compliance with animal welfare, sustainability, and organic standards Develop and monitor productivity projects with producers Create a pipeline of potential suppliers Follow-up on audits and ensure certificates are in place Lead implementation of the Danone Impact Journey (DIJ) Contribute to milk supply strategy Drive performance improvements with producers Transversal Projects Leadership Lead execution of projects across the milk supply chain Define implementation strategies Coordinate cross-functional efforts Report project progress to leadership Up to 40% domestic travel expected.
