Pay From: $100,000 annually
MUST:
Eligible for DoD and Federal clearances
Experienced Proposal Writer/Manager
6+ years of Federal proposal management experience
2+ years of experience writing and supporting Federal proposal efforts
Strong understanding of the Federal procurement processes
Experience with IDIQ contracting with demonstrated and verifiable success in preparing task order responses
Bachelors degree required
Shipley or equivalent training preferred
DUTIES:
Oversee and direct proposal development in response to Federal Government RFP's.
Ensure the development of compliant, high quality, and timely proposal submissions.
Thoroughly analyze all sections of the RFP to interpret the requirements set forth by the Federal agencies
Prepare the response outlines and assign and coordinate writing assignments both within the company and with teaming partners
Leverage existing proposal content and develop new content as needed for proposal responses
Lead all proposal development reviews (Pink, Red, White, etc.) and execute/facilitate proposal revisions
Monitor on a daily basis relevant Federal websites to identify new business opportunities and updates to current pursuits
Assist in the maintenance of CRM and other internal opportunity tracking/proposal development systems
