Team Jesser is one of YouTube’s top group channels, led by creators Jesser, Jeff Bui, Moochie, and ZackTTG. Together, they’ve built a loyal global audience with over 35 million combined subscribers across their individual channels.

Team Jesser publishes high-energy, sports-focused and challenge-based videos twice a week, blending humor, competition, and creativity in every drop.

Bucketsquad is the video and consumer brand company founded by Jesser, YouTube’s largest basketball creator (28M subscribers, 2x Streamy Sports Creator of the Year).

We produce content, operate e-commerce and merchandise brands, and continue to expand into subscription, licensing, and IP. Over the past 3 years, we’ve grown to a 40-person team, built an 8-figure business with double-digit margins, and maintained 100% year-over-year growth.

We’re looking for a skilled and resourceful Producer to join the Team Jesser production team and support the channel’s fast-paced, twice-weekly upload schedule.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the planning and execution of shoots — from coordinating logistics and scheduling to ensuring on-set efficiency and post-shoot wrap. You’ll work closely with a team of production assistants, freelance crew, and talent, acting as a connective force to keep everything on time, on brand, and under control.

This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by creative teams, and can keep multiple moving parts aligned at all times.

• Support the Executive Producer in overseeing the day-to-day content pipeline
• Lead scheduling and shoot coordination for Team Jesser productions
• Communicate shoot timelines, call times, and expectations to crew and talent
• Manage on-set logistics to ensure every shoot runs smoothly
• Handle location scouting, booking, and permitting as needed
• Coordinate gear, props, wardrobe, and set needs in advance of shoots
• Collaborate with freelance editors, camera operators, and crew to execute high-quality videos
• Monitor timelines and keep weekly production calendar updated
• Support with post-shoot wrap, file transfers, and production clean-up
• Anticipate and solve problems before and during production days
• Communicate regularly with the Executive Producer to align on creative direction and weekly priorities

• 3–5 years experience in video production or content creation
• YouTube or digital-first content experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex production workflows and deadlines
• Strong communication and people skills — able to work across talent and crew with ease
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work full-time in Camarillo, CA with flexibility for location shoots as needed

• Competitive salary: $80,000–90,000
