Job Description: Graphic Designer at Carmel Realty Company Carmel Realty Company, a leading luxury Brokerage and Property Management firm on the Monterey Peninsula, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Agency. Our agency supports a team of nearly 84 real estate agents and manages branding for two companies.

Responsibilities include: Create and execute marketing campaigns and materials for local, regional, national, and global audiences. Maintain and enhance the Carmel Realty brand and our sister company, Monterey Coast Realty. Collaborate daily with the VP of Marketing, senior team members, and agents to strategize and produce marketing content. Design property-specific templates, digital newsletters, social media content, and support website updates. Assist in large-scale projects such as website redesigns, magazine layouts, and annual reports. Manage marketing assets and become proficient with various marketing tools and platforms. Respond promptly to calls and emails, ensuring exceptional customer service. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Team player capable of working onsite in Carmel.
