Remote/Philadelphia, USA (or) Remote/Atlanta, USA EXL provides consulting and analytics support to fortune 500 companies across multiple industry domains. For this role, you will be helping a client of our Retail, Telecom and Media practice. You will be working cross-functionally with Marketing teams and external vendors within the client's organization to provide email marketing support for campaigns. Job Responsibilities : Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support the execution of email marketing campaigns. Work closely with External Creative Agencies to manage communication, ensuring campaign assets are delivered on time and align with the brand. Manage Email Campaign Schedules, ensuring timely deployment of emails as per the marketing calendar. QA Support for Email Campaigns by reviewing email content, links, and visuals to ensure accuracy before deployment. Collect Campaign Requirements from internal stakeholders and ensure all elements (creative and data) are in place for timely execution. Coordinate with Eloqua Developers and ensure that Campaign requirements are communicated. Analyze Campaign Metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to the marketing team. Assist in the coordination of CRM and Eloqua integration, ensuring consistency in data flow for email campaigns. Develop Dashboards and Reports for campaign performance tracking, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Support Data-Driven Audience Segmentation to refine targeting strategies and optimize campaign reach. Monitor and manage data quality for Eloqua and related tools, addressing discrepancies and improving integration processes. Must-Have Skills : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or any other related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external vendors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that email campaigns are executed without errors and on time. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Basic Analytical Skills, including proficiency in interpreting data and creating reports. Good-to-Have Skills : Experience with or exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus but not required. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic troubleshooting in email templates. Experience in managing third-party vendors for project coordination. Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools
like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including how email marketing fits into broader campaigns.
