RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the holistic video & audio media plans in support of Enterprise scale client accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key video platforms, publishers, and vendors.
- Oversee the growth and development of a Supervisor level direct report.
- The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of client authorized Linear Video and Terrestrial Radio media buys.
- Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
- Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
- Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
- Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative tests and experiments.
- Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
- Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.
- Train and develop junior team members to be best in class marketers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8+ years of experience buying media at scale in both Linear and Online Video.
- Experience in audio across Terrestrial and Streaming Radio.
- A proven track record of turning business problems into business solutions.
- Understanding of core statistical concepts, including Hypothesis Testing, confidence interval probability distributions, time series analysis a plus.

Salary Range: $105,000—$130,000 USD
