Responsible for organizing and assisting in the Nashville office, including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, ordering supplies, handling mail, expenses, invoicing and deal file maintenance.
Serve as the liaison between the Nashville office and the corporate IT, accounting, and construction departments.
Maintain office cleanliness and appearance and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with the building manager.
Responsible for maintaining records and the ongoing upkeep of all Nashville brokers’ real estate licenses and continuing education deadlines.
Responsible for preparing and tracking referrals and commissions for the Nashville office and coordinating the information with the Pittsburgh office.
Working with brokers on creating and updating legal documents, such as Letter of Intents (LOIs), listing agreements, and purchase agreements.
Coordinates events for the Nashville office, including industry networking, volunteer activities, and team building.
Assists in coordinating and designing integrative, professional, quality marketing material for the Nashvillebrokers.
Prepares the entrance strategy presentations and ongoing maps & site selection books for tenant rep clients.
Compiles necessary tax map information, demographic reports, traffic counts, and other data to assist brokers.
Creates materials for property listings, which includes the flyer, web listing, and signage.
Coordinates efforts with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Department in Pittsburgh.
Research and stay informed of market and industry trends.
Requirements you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
