We are adding an SEO Specialist to our team. This role is a HYBRID role, in Irvine, CA. This role will support a Technology based Data organization. This is a new role, due to tremendous growth. Must have experience: B2B Marketing in a SAAS Platform. Salary is $80K-$90K DOE. No RELOCATION for the role. Responsibilities will include: Monitor site's traffic and performance to provide and execute improvement ideas Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns Stay on top of Google (and other search engines)'s updates Competitor SEO analysis and implementation strategy Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Develop and implement link building strategy Work with the marketing and development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords Help with other marketing activities as assigned Requirements Proven SEO experience Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, WebTrends, etc.) Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Knowledge of onsite and performance SEO Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Skills In depth knowledge in search engine optimization practices Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems Excellent verbal and written communication skill Ability to work within a team and independently Expertise with website optimization tools Attention to details Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
