DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an Electronic Publisher to support a federal government client. Location: McLean, VA

FLSA Status : Regular, Full-Time

Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

Citizenship : Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Process, lay out content, publish, and disseminate a wide variety of intelligence products via internal and external websites and applications. Provide professional finished intelligence processing, laying out of content, publishing, and dissemination services.
• Create HTML and other versions of products, post them to multiple electronic systems, and ensure customers have access.
• Manage web content on a variety of classified websites; post a variety of products to appropriate networks and identify which products to disseminate to which networks; archive copies to appropriate storage areas.
• Ensure electronic products are appropriately classified and free of typos, errors, and hidden character sets; respond to taskers to identify and print products released to specific customer sets and IC collaboration meetings.
• Update all content on web delivery portals as required based on tasks or requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA / BS and 12+ years of experience, Masters and 10+ years of experience, PhD with 7+ years of experience, or no Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of experience.
• TS / SCI with Poly level clearance is required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign.
• Expertise in classification guidelines, web posting, HTML, and meta-tagging.
• Experience with classified IC dissemination platforms, information sharing rules, and Intelligence Community Markings System Register and Manual Standards.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000 per year

This pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation. Factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, and market data are considered when extending offers.
