The Marketing Manager will oversee B2B and B2C transportation marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms (website, email, social media), content creation, and campaign execution. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and creative production to enhance program awareness and engagement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Manage and update digital content, websites (WordPress), social media, and email marketing.
- Create promotional materials, reports, and performance analyses to support marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers, printers, videographers, and business development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze Google Analytics and marketing metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead special event marketing and program-specific initiatives (BikeArlington, WalkArlington, Capital Bikeshare, etc.).
- 5+ years in marketing, digital content creation, and campaign management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in SEO, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in graphic design, video editing, animation, and interactive media.
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Asana, and marketing automation tools.
