Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive end-to-end performance—from awareness to demand—across global, regional, and business unit levels. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver breakthrough results.

Scale the success of the Put AI to Work campaign and launch next-generation, persona-driven programs that resonate with key audiences. Work closely with brand, operations, product, strategic events, and field marketing leadership to elevate world-class programs and elite-level execution. Drive the development and execution of tailored marketing programs for priority personas, ensuring a cohesive customer journey from awareness to demand. Build and execute content strategies that translate insights, product messaging, and business goals into compelling narratives and actionable plans. Oversee the creation of thought leadership, editorial experiences, and conversion-focused content that engages audiences at every stage of the funnel. Show a deeply credible understanding of our product strategy and differentiation. Partner with regional and business unit leaders to ensure marketing strategies are globally scalable and locally relevant. Education and Experience: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of scaling global marketing programs and driving measurable business. Experience leading teams responsible for global programs and content marketing. Skills and Competencies: Deep expertise in persona-driven marketing, with a strong understanding of the CIO, CHRO, CFO, CISO, and COO personas. Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans. Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives. Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and thought leadership. A collaborative leadership style, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across global teams and functions. Analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and prove ROI. Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and tools. Intimate understanding of marketing best practices and emerging technology. A strong network of marketing leaders and influencers in B2B enterprise technology.
