Experience with user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices.
Experience with enterprise content management systems.
Experience working in a cross-functional team setting, and coordinating with various functional teams such as content, creative, marketing, corporate communications, and brand.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and manage complex tasks, communicate effectively across disciplines, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree.
Nice if You Have: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with front-end coding with HTML5.
Experience with developing learning materials and accelerating adoption of tools and processes through knowledge sharing and training.
Experience working marketing to B2B or B2G prospects.
Ability to apply strategic and creative thinking that uses data to inform decision making.
Ability to write and copyedit content.
Possession of excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
Certification in web design, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), digital marketing, or project management.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
