The Marketing Specialist will support the department with planning, development and execution of trade area sales building, local promotions and brand building, grand openings and philanthropy.The selected candidate will be responsible for:Research, planning, and activation of local promotions and trade area Marketing plans on both an individual and market basisDevelop playbook of best practices for brands requirement of 1% local Marketing supportPlan and execute grand openingsTransition grand opening contacts with a plan of action for the restaurantWork with finance to document results of grand openings and share resultsIdentify, submit entries, and manage promotions of local food awards and maintain recordsOversee systemwide philanthropic initiatives - at present this includes Round Up' support for LLUCH, CHON, PCH. Internal and external brand advocate highlighting philanthropic history, impact of partnerships.Work with finance to document and share results of Philanthropic initiativesDevelop and optimize Grand Opening, Remodel, and other marketing templatesSystemwide execution of local cobranding initiativesSupport initiative execution and business case management for incremental sales channels and digital activation partnersThe selected candidate will also possess:Capable of producing high quality work/materials while managing multiple projects.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Must be detail oriented and disciplined to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.Must be disciplined and focused on the pursuit of excellence.Must understand and achieve company vision, mission, and goals.Must have effective people skills: diplomatic, relationship oriented, effective communicator, including listening skills, accepting coaching and feedback, etc.Must be able to work as a team member and be an effective leader.Ability to work independently, make decisions and provide information in a timely manner.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The candidate must have a high degree of computer literacy and can easily learn to use new software with minimal guidance.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects with ever-shifting priorities.Must possess a valid driver's license.Up to 40% Travel to restaurants and time spent in restaurantsSalary Range: $25-$30/hrFor immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to
