Are you passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategy? Join our team as a Channel Strategy Manager , where you’ll oversee SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice communications to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage & Optimize Contact Channels – Oversee daily operations of SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice campaigns, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
✅ Develop & Execute Strategies – Create and implement channel strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
✅ Enhance Customer Experience – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and regulatory compliance (TCPA).
✅ Monitor & Improve Performance – Track key metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies based on insights.
✅ Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel strategy
🔹 Expertise in SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice marketing
🔹 Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (TCPA), A/B testing, and analytics tools
🔹 Proficiency in HTML, Jira, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms
🔹 Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement
🔹 Experience in B2B or B2C customer experience development
