What You'll Do
•Assist with creating and managing digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms.
•Learn how to track and analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
•Work with our creative team to develop ad content that drives results.
•Support with client reports and updates on campaign progress.
•Learn how to use and manage our CRM system to track leads, campaigns, and communication history.
•Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and ad platform updates.
What We're Looking For
•Reliable transportation to our office and occasional client sites.
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
•Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic online tools.
•Active interest in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn - no experience required, we'll train you!
What You'll Gain
