If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer.** Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate marketsGenerate leads and pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting via cold calling, drop-ins, email, LinkedIn, and networkingResponds to referrals quickly and effectivelyPrequalifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of riskCreates and maintains client or prospect listDesigns benefits programs and recommends benefits strategies to clientsCreates benefits proposals and makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal businessDevelops, follows, and completes sales objectivesMaintains key relationships with existing Employee Benefits clientsStay on top of trends, strategies and initiatives in the industry Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits in insurance experience.State insurance license (Property & Casualty).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred ** *Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).It is REQUIRED that you have at least two years of experience producing in the field of Employee Benefits.For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Colby Laughlin directly at 402.807.7046.
