General Manager – MADabolic Commack
Lead the Business. Drive the Sales. Build the Community.

Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth (80-90% of the Role)
- Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing memberships.
- Execute grassroots marketing efforts, including local networking and partnerships.
- Drive outside sales and build strategic relationships with local businesses.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure membership goals are met.
- Implement and oversee marketing strategies including social media, events, and local partnerships.
- Actively engage in the local fitness community to increase awareness and drive new memberships.
- Manage local social media accounts, ensuring all content aligns with MADabolic’s brand
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of elite trainers to deliver high-quality classes.
- Coach at least six classes per week, maintaining energy and engagement.
- Ensure accountability and continuous improvement among staff.
Studio Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and well-run facility.
- Manage any studio maintenance issues.
- Enforce studio policies and create an exceptional member experience.
- Monitor financials, including collecting outstanding dues and tracking revenue performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training, and managing teams.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Business-minded approach, with an understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue growth.
- Passion for strength training
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with social media platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 – $55,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience in fitness or a similar field
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- 2+ years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
