Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with brand objectives. Create and curate engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer interactions, responding as needed to build relationships and resolve issues. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into overall marketing campaigns. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports on key KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing ads for maximum ROI. Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all social platforms. Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and on-brand content. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Strong understanding of content creation, community management, and social media analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. A strong sense of brand voice and the ability to adapt to different tones and styles. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
