Overview
Responsibilities include:
• Creating & executing creative, integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that build a pipeline (webinars, ABM campaigns, drip programs, etc.) • Creating content for campaigns, events, and other marketing materials; working with a copywriter when needed
• Managing social media accounts by posting content, engaging the audience, and monitoring analytics (mainly on LinkedIn)
• Working with graphic designer/web developer to maintain website and SEO; managing all digital campaigns and online banners
• Coordinating the development of marketing videos including storyboards, scripts, interviews, and other product-related content
• Liaising with other internal departments and executives to identify and produce their communications priorities and deliverables to marketing
• Analyzing campaigns and collecting other marketing data; preparing marketing monthly scorecard
• Managing administrative duties, such as exporting and managing contact lists for campaigns, preparing printing projects and campaign packages, and ordering promotional goods.
Requirements:
• University/college degree; with a marketing or communications focus
• 3+ years of experience executing online marketing activities
• Online marketing and mass email system experience
• CRM, MailChimp, Google Analytics, social media
• Multi-channel campaign activity management
• Experience with managing and moderating webinars
• Deep insight and passion for marketing analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English writing proficiency
• Marketing email and social media content
• Highly developed skills in prioritization and ability to multi-task within deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative
• B2B software/tech industry experience is an asset
**You will collaborate directly with the President, VP of Sales, and a Fractional CMO. This role is a hybrid situation, requiring you to be in the Redmond office at least three days a week and work remotely for the remaining two days."

Salary Range (US Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $69,600.00 - $104,400.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):
