Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is transforming its digital landscape, building new digital foundations to enable modernized and mature digital capabilities at scale. As a strategic pillar of our journey, we are bringing together multiple historic website and app CMS’s into one single CMS using Adobe AEM across the enterprise. Implementation is currently underway, on a path for target to launch in early 2025. We are seeking a highly motivated, seasoned expert that is detail-oriented for our Digital Marketing Content Optimization Specialist role. This role is pivotal in writing and optimizing content for our various websites, including the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty website and mobile app.
This is a shared service role supporting Seminole Gaming as well as all Hard Rock lines of business, including Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and Entertainment, and the new Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality content that engages target audiences, increases website traffic, and boosts brand awareness across Hard Rock’s websites.
- Develop and optimize content for our Unity by Hard Rock website and mobile app.
- Follow SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Meet deadlines and deliver content that aligns with project specifications and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate content seamlessly into website and app designs.
- Dynamic content and personalization using real-time audience segmentation and targeting.
- Drive content optimization via ML model recommendations and AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets (DAM) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, CMS administration, digital/ecommerce, and SEO.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage content across multiple websites and mobile apps.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Practical experience applying UX/UI best practices to content design.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with ML modeling and AI for building dynamic content.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
