Key Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandising and operational functions in line with company standards.
- Participate in product knowledge training alongside management.
- Assist in executing merchandise presentation directives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries about our client's products.
- Stay informed on new clients our client acquires.
- Ensure top-level customer service, boosting sales productivity and achieving goals.
- Familiarize yourself with marketing systems used at events.
- Some college or degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, student mentality.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experience in retail, sales, advertising, or marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
