Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Must Haves:

• Experience in the field of marketing or customer engagement, such as an internship, work study, student organization, or post-grad employment
• Customer facing experience both directly and indirectly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with the marketing, customer support, and product teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
• Familiarity or an eagerness to learn email marketing tools like, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or any other similar platform.
• Familiarity or an eagerness to learn and utilize data management or CRM systems like Looker.

Day to Day:

A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add an entry level Travel Re-Engagement Marketing Coordinator to their team! As a Travel Re-Engagement Marketing Coordinator, you will be in charge of all communication efforts, both digitally and physically to boost repeat bookings and strengthen connections with current and past travelers. Your responsibilities will include refining and implementing initiatives like targeted email campaigns, personalized traveler interactions, and engagement strategies to maintain long-term connections with travelers. While extensive experience in retention strategy is not required, familiarity with customer engagement tools and a passion for relationship-building are essential for success.
