HealthTech Resources is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Instructional Designer for a 4-month contract. This role will support an Epic implementation project, focusing on training development and delivery for Cogito applications.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS Contract term: March - June 2025 Primarily onsite work for training and Go-Live support KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and deliver comprehensive Epic training sessions Modify training materials to align with new workflows Conduct in-person training classes Provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support post go-live Support end users with real-time assistance and issue resolution QUALIFICATIONS Certification/accreditation required in Epic Cogito and Training Environment Build 2+ years experience designing and delivering Epic Cogito training Strong presentation and teaching skills Experience with Epic implementations preferred Seniority level
