The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the team in creating and implementing campaigns that generate leads and help our sales team build a pipeline of quality prospects for quoting. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will also ensure that JE Technology is known as a top-notch employer and supplier to the world. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work across departments to help generate proposals for our aircraft ground support equipment and other metal fabricated products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, personable and have the proven ability to generate leads via various platforms including social media, search engines, etc. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of a fast-growing company.Job Responsibilities:Develop email marketing campaignsQuickly generate concept designs for sales department using 3D SoftwareDesign and present new social media campaign ideas.Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.Attend tradeshows as requiredPrepare detailed promotional presentations.Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.Work with Sales Dept to develop marketing material to generate leadsManage SEO and PPC vendors to ensure optimal company ROI and generation of leadsAn organized and detail-oriented team player that has the ability to take ownership of their projects from concept to completionCreate internal communication material for company display monitorsExpresses a variety of visual styles, maintains excellent attention-to-detail skills and effectively works on multiple projects simultaneouslyDesign work includes the production of new creative and edit existing templates to include: brand development, visual presentations, logos, brochures, exhibits and signage, posters, interactive presentations, conference and event materials, animations and other digital and print collateral for a wide range of mediumsProvides graphics support for small and large-scale events to include: brochures, presentations, invitations, and signage and event coverageCreate dashboard for marketing metricsHost clients and vendors.Requirements Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications or similar field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio is preferred.Experience in managing social media campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc) is required.Experience in Maya or equivalent, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is required.Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have a passion for marketing and outstanding multitasking abilities.Work Location: On Site in Apopka, FL. Reliable commute to work is required.Work Schedule: Full-Time. Must be willing to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Local candidates preferred.
