Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of projects within the Marketing and Communications department, as well as product offerings on the company online storefront, Erickson Branded Solutions (EBS). This role leverages work management and service management platforms to maintain real-time project status from request to completion, ensuring timely internal and external deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities
Execute the addition and removal of products on EBS Support customer service activities, including responding to inquiries through various channels Pre-screen project requests and delegate tasks based on individual/team capacity Develop and maintain project schedules for high-volume demand Prioritize workflow and ensure project tasks and deadlines are met Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience or internship Detail-oriented and organized with project management skills Ability to prioritize and balance multiple deadlines About Us
