The purpose is to help increase brand awareness, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to our locations. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of social media trends, particularly in the beauty and wellness industry.Key Responsibilities: Customer contact and brand maintenance: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging responses (text and email) for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Yelp, Google and others. Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media engaging conversations aligned with business goals and brand aesthetics. Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong and positive online community to boost engagement and attract new clients.
