Job Title: Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing  Location: Remote Qolo is a leading edge payments infrastructure company enabling seamless, scalable, and secure payment solutions for fintechs, banks, and corporate payable organizations. As we scale rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, amplify our brand, and drive customer engagement. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, creating impactful content, and driving account-based marketing strategies to target fintechs, banks, and corporate payable companies. This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to establish our position as a leader in payments infrastructure. Brand Awareness Develop and execute a marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility within fintech, banking, and corporate payable sectors. Build and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. Content & Collateral Development Create high-impact marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, product sheets, webinars, and presentations, tailored to target industries. Develop compelling content strategies for blog posts, email campaigns, thought leadership articles, and social media. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Lead ABM initiatives targeting key accounts to drive awareness and nurture leads. Design personalized campaigns for specific segments of fintechs, banks, and corporate clients. Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support pipeline growth. Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to leadership. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven results. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). ~8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS industries. ~ Proven track record of leading brand awareness and ABM campaigns. ~ Expertise in creating content and collateral for technical audiences (e.g., banks, fintechs, corporates). ~ Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). ~ Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision.
