Our client, a successful high volume business, seeks a motivated and professional Event Planner to drive sales, customize events, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Sales
Follow up on inquiries and schedule client meetings.
Present services, close sales, and secure contracts with deposits.
Create proposals and adapt to client feedback.
Event Coordination
Customize event details to meet client needs.
Work with staff to ensure flawless execution.
Verify contracts, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain records.
Post-Event
Collect feedback and foster repeat bookings.
What You Bring
3+ years of sales experience in food service or similar.
High school diploma (college coursework preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
This is a salary + commission based role, requiring a hands on professional prepared to go the extra mile to make a client's dream event(s) a reality.
