As a Paid Media Buyer at Integrated Insight, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of travel, tourism, and hospitality clients. You’re a hands-on media expert who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments, turning insights into measurable results. You bring a deep passion for advertising, backed by expertise in strategy, analytics, and performance measurement. This role requires confident client interaction, including active participation in weekly client meetings and day-to-day collaboration. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential to juggle multiple campaigns, seasonal pushes, and ongoing optimization efforts across diverse markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, manage, and execute paid distribution of full-funnel advertising campaigns.
- Develop compelling ad campaigns on the following channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Video/CTV, Metasearch, Sponsored Listings, and Geotargeting
- Take ownership of campaign execution and proactively surface opportunities, roadblocks, and insights.
- Track and report on advertising costs and ROI, identifying opportunities and continuously refining strategies.
- Execute day-to-day platform, audience, creative and copy optimizations within campaigns, using best practices and A/B tests.
- Implement pixels/tags with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and monitor performance meticulously.
- Manage paid media budgets and allocations, recommending levels of spend across categories and pacing. Ensure full, on-time, and efficient delivery of paid campaigns.
- Build Looker Studio dashboards; deliver weekly insights, monthly narratives, and quarterly strategy readouts tied to business outcomes.
- Evaluate impact of paid media efforts on the desired outcomes; make recommendations on strategies to drive results.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-6 years of professional experience working in paid digital advertising at a brand, agency, or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in media planning, managing, and executing digital advertising campaigns.
- Platform expertise in Meta Ad Manager and Google Ads.
- Comprehensive experience in building holistic media plans across diverse paid channels, with the ability to articulate how each medium supports the overall media strategy.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, including audience segmentation and funnel optimization (i.e. targeting behaviors, demographics, purchase behavior, etc.).
- Solid grasp of the current digital media landscape, paired with a passion for exploring emerging platforms and tools that enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, with proven skill in transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related field
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns through programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP), with proficiency in formats such as static display and video (OLV, CTV) preferred.
- Understanding of attribution modeling and ability to tie advertising efforts to commercial impact.
- Proficiency in digital analytics.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate.
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities, with ability to manage several requests from clients at a time.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing expectations from stakeholders (internal or external).
