Regional Marketing Specialist
to support
distributors and dealers
across key territories. This field-based role is responsible for
executing localized marketing strategies , driving
brand engagement , and enabling LG’s channel partners to succeed in their markets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who understands the B2B channel and is passionate about helping partners grow through targeted marketing efforts, co-op utilization, and in-field support. This role will incorporate the following: Distributor Marketing Support - Serve as the main marketing contact for regional distributors. - Support dealer onboarding, recruitment, and marketing enablement. - Liaise between LG and distributors on campaign planning, execution, and compliance. - Collaborate on sales events, product launches, and promotional activities. Co-op Program Management - Oversee co-op claim submissions, ensuring compliance and timeliness. - Educate partners on programs, branding, and eligible activities. - Guide fund planning and creative approvals. Dealer Engagement & Enablement - Support dealer onboarding and ongoing marketing training. - Assist with local events, roadshows, and promotional activities. - Provide social media training and resources for contractors. Campaign & Local Activation - Localize campaigns for regional deployment. - Coordinate with central marketing and vendors for creative assets. - Manage timelines, asset delivery, and reporting. Field Event & Promotion Support - Help plan distributor events and contractor appreciation days. - Represent LG at industry events to enhance brand visibility and gather insights. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor campaign performance, co-op usage, and partner participation. - Collect field feedback for future improvements. This role will travel approximately 50%. This is a field based role that will work remotely. qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-3+ years of experience
in field marketing, channel marketing, or distributor/partner marketing preferred. Prior experience in HVAC, building products, service-based industries, or B2B distribution recommended. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with remote teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), and familiarity with digital marketing platforms. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager. Knowledge of the HVAC contractor landscape. The Salary range listed is a National Average for the role.
